In a study conducted in late 2019 – early 2020, more than 90% of students said they would recommend OLA to their colleagues. In addition, 93% of IROs believe that all learning agreements should be put online via an easy-to-use tool. The student receives an email when the AU coordinator verifies the e-learning agreement. For optimal protection of the student`s data, we recommend that the student start the agreement process and notify the coordinators who send and receive, making sure to share the agreement only with coordinators by inserting in the agreement only the official international e-mail addresses of the universities concerned. The learning agreement can only be modified once per semester through the specific section “During mobility”) which must also be completed online under www.learning-agreement.eu. Once signed by all, download the PDF of the platform and send it to incoming@unipr.it before the following dates: October 30 (first semester) and March 30 (second semester). The aim of the project is to enable students to prepare their learning agreements in an online system allowing them to get in touch with the coordinators of the host and sending higher education institutions in order to finalise, approve and sign the document online. This process therefore transfers a paper-based workflow, which depends on the timely delivery of mail for signature purposes, to an online system that allows students to save a lot of time in preparing for their studies abroad and achieve a higher degree of flexibility and efficiency in revising the learning agreement. The online software will also enable higher education institutions to integrate learning agreement management procedures to make the approval and management process more efficient, giving staff time to work on other international relationships or improve the quality of credit mobility. As a rule, several parties (student, sending coordinator, receiving coordinator) have access to the same agreement.
